Looking for Photos

Now that I am writing a blog, I am taking more photographs to illustrate them. The other day as I slowed to turn into an outdoor shopping center, I noticed that the bus stop right by the driveway had an ad with a mirror surface with a crack in it.

I pulled into the parking lot, parked, and carefully walked back to the bus stop. “I’m going to take a photo of a cracked mirror,” I thought. As I started to take pictures, cars drove by and I got unexpected photos of cars refracted through the cracked mirror.

I never could have planned these photos and I felt such excitement as I was taking them. Looking for photos has enriched my life; there is so much to see when we look!
